One such leader is Victoria Harper, our Operations Director, who has made an incredible impact through her leadership, determination, and passion for recruitment. We had the privilege of speaking with Vicki about her career journey, her inspirations, and her advice for future female leaders.

Q: What inspired you to pursue a leadership role in recruitment, and how do you empower other women to do the same?
A: I’ve always taken pride in my can-do approach, energy, and continuous drive for self-improvement, which has naturally led me to a leadership career. My advice is to always strive for excellence, don’t be afraid of challenges, and commit to making a positive impact every day.

Q: Who has been an inspirational figure in your career, and why?
A: I’ve had the privilege of working with many incredible female leaders, but the most inspirational have taught me that there is no science for what makes a good leader. Leadership comes from the heart, and you shine the most when you allow both your vulnerabilities and strengths to show.

Q: What advice would you give to future female leaders in the recruitment industry?
A: Reflect on your day and ask yourself what new thing you learned today that you didn’t know yesterday. It’s incredibly empowering to recognise that you’re still growing!
